Executor Tuvul was an 
Orokin Executor and a member of the Council of Seven. He was the patron of the Zariman Ten Zero's maiden voyage, as well as head of the Yuvan Clerisy.

Zariman Ten Zero[]
Hidden passages and other secret areas of the Zariman Ten Zero tileset may contain an interactable computer tablet that broadcast holographic messages of Tuvul's speeches to the colonists, revealing his disdain for lesser beings and subtly threatening them.
Detron Crewman Synthesis[]
Some time before the Zariman Ten Zero incident, Tuvul could be seen overseeing the trial of Archimedean Perintol along with other Executors, including Ballas. There, he witnessed the birth of the prototype of the Sentients at the hands of said Archimedean, designed to be sent to the Tau System. Executor Tuvul did not express full disapproval toward the project.
Voruna's Leverian Exhibit[]
Tuvul was the conductor of the Circulus, the holiest Yuvan temple on Lua where Continuity was performed. 
Voruna was the warden of the Circulus, but she turned against him during the fall of the Orokin Empire. Tuvul attempted to perform Continuity on an Operator to escape his demise, using Void manifestations from a grimoire created from Albrecht Entrati's understanding of the Void to safeguard himself.
The manifestations eventually overwhelmed Voruna and succeeded in killing her wolf pack. Mourning, she hijacked Tuvul's Continuity and performed it on herself, reviving her wolves and merging her and them into a singular entity, before killing Tuvul.

- Tuvul was first mentioned in the Detron Crewman Synthesis imprint, dating back to Update 16.0 (2015-03-19).
