The Entrati are an elusive family that reside inside the enclave of Necralisk, on Deimos. They were highly renowned during the Orokin Era for being the first ones to create technologies that harnessed the power of the Void. Today, the sole survivors of the clan are a single dysfunctional household that dwells on the Cambion Drift, Deimos, now all partly Infested and their individual names taken from them by the hive mind, though they retain their personalities and internal squabbles.
The head of the Entrati family is Mother, a partially-infested Orokin scientist, mathematician, and philosopher, whose father was responsible for the creation of the Heart, a device that serves as the wellspring of void power for the Tenno of which the Entrati currently maintain. The Entrati were also responsible for originating Requiem words, as well as maintaining the Cosmic Clock. Previously subservient to the Entrati, the Necramech are elite and luxurious defensive units that have become berserk with the encroaching infestation on Deimos. These units mostly reside in the underworld, protecting long abandoned Entrati buildings.
To fully access this Syndicate, the player must complete the Heart of Deimos quest.
As a Syndicate, the Entrati have their own Standing that can be exchanged for various rewards from the town's NPCs. Unlike with the Ostrons or Solaris United, Entrati Standing is gained by obtaining Entrati Tokens from its individual family members for performing tasks such as Bounties or trading in Cambion Drift resources, and then trading these tokens to Grandmother. Entrati are a neutral Syndicate, and gaining Standing with them will not affect a player's Standing with any other Syndicate.

Otak
Otak is a damaged Cephalon that was integrated into a Necraloid called Loid, he handles Mining services and takes mining resources for Otak Tokens.
Notes
Each rank-up in the Entrati triggers a cutscene between two family members, reminiscing about their past before promptly renaming one another.
- The rank-up to Stranger has Son name Daughter Kaelli.
- The rank-up to Acquaintance has Daughter name Father Vilcor.
Trivia
- The Entrati were first mentioned in The Deadlock Protocol by an old Parvos Granum log when he was developing Specters, stating the Entrati "kept their secrets long enough".
