Notes

• Embedded Catalyzer is additive with similar mods. For example, a  Sicarus with a max rank Embedded Catalyzer and  Sure Shot will have a 6% × (1 + 90% + 15%) = 12.3% status chance.
• Does not affect Mesa's exalted secondary Regulators, probably because mesa does not in fact aim while shooting.

Trivia

• On launch of Event, mod time duration changed not only by the level but by how fusion energy was in that rank.
