Dr. Intehb is a very briefly mentioned character, first noted in the Howl of the Kubrow quest. They are presumably Corpus, and had some involvement with Frohd Bek. They studied Orokin incubators in an attempt to recreate a Kubrow for Bek.

Upon beginning the Howl of the Kubrow quest, the player will receive an intercepted message in the Inbox. It provides some background lore on what the Corpus was doing with the Incubation module and is currently the only place where Intehb is mentioned.
