The Domestik Drone is an autonomous Corpus vacuum cleaner that appears quite commonly in Corpus Ship and Corpus Gas City Tile Sets, moving around unharmfully.

They are able to drop the Mod TT 20px Repair Kit Mod occasionally.

Notes[]

  • Players can buy Domestik Drones as an Orbiter Decoration for Platinum64 100 in the Market. It is one of the few decorations that are mobile, capable of randomly wandering the inside of the Orbiter and in Dojos.
    • There are five Domestik Drone variants featuring different color schemes (Mood, Badboi, Zoney, Chapp, and Snobb) also available, for Platinum64 100 each. Players may also buy the Domestik Drones Bundle containing all six Drone variants, for Platinum64 400.
    • Additionally, Baro Ki'Teer sells multiple variants. Note however that Baro Ki'Teer's stock changes with each appearance, and may not have these items available at every visit.
      • Ki'Teer variant for Credits64 500,000 and OrokinDucats 700, featuring Baro's signature angular designs.
      • Dais variant for Credits64 650,000 and OrokinDucats 800, featuring Duviri's design aesthetic.
    • The Heart of Deimos update added the Deimos Supporter Packs, which feature the Carrion variant and its design reminiscent of the Infested aesthetic.
      • The Carrion variant and the Deimos Tribute Pack were permanently added to the Market on March 1st, 2024, priced Platinum64 100 and Platinum64 465 respectively.
    • The Sisters of Parvos update added the Sisters of Parvos Riptide Pack, featuring a Domestik Drone stylized after YareliIcon272 Yareli's beloved pet Merulina130xWhite Merulina.
    • A Liset Domestik Drone is available upon reaching Rank 28 in Nora's Mix Volume 1.
    • A Verv Domestik Drone is also available via Twitch Prime subscribers.
  • Being an entity with Object-based health, it is untargetable by most Warframe abilities.

Trivia[]

  • The Domestik Drone was first revealed in Devstream 123, under the place holder name of "Cleaning Drone".
  • In one Gas City tile (specifically the docking bay the Capture target runs towards, though it can appear in other missions), one can find two uniquely named indestructible Drones at the bottom of the elevator shaft named Daphnis and Chloe respectively, which will appear as if they're dancing with each other, both trying to push the other away into the opposite directions in a rhythmic pattern.
    • The names "Daphnis" and "Chloe" are a reference to Daphnis and Chloe, an ancient Greek novel written in the 2nd Century by the writer Longus, about the romance between the titular characters.
  • The ship decoration version randomly displays two "^ ^" holograms on the front, simulating a generic happy emotion.
  • Its nature as an autonomous vacuum suggests that it is based on the real world Roombas, though it is more angular in shape.
