CODEX

Carnis are many-legged hunters, ferocious and ever-hungry. They scuttle just out of reach trying to wear down their prey with ranged attacks until they can rush in to consume it.

Deimos Carnis are  Infested multi-legged creatures that reside in the Cambion Drift, Deimos.

Behavior

At a range, they shoot out purple orbs that home in on players. At close-range, Carnis can deliver heavy-hitting swipes with their claws. They are also capable of climbing on walls and ceilings.

Carnis Rex are additionally able to coil up into a ball and barrel into enemies with a rolling attack.

Notes

• Has immunity to  Viral status.
• Seemingly immune to finishers, including clones from ash's Blade Storm. Meaning, they will only take damage from the initial hit inflicting the slash proc.

CODEX

The Carnis Rex is a true terror, a monstrously-large Carnis. The Carnis Rex rushes headlong upon their prey, often coiling into a spinning wheel in its haste to come to grips.

Trivia

• Deimos Carnises are modeled after the Scolopendra genus of centipedes.
• Deimos Carnis was first revealed in TennoCon 2020 under the name Infested Ashen.
