Causes the Helios Sentinel to attack enemy targets using pieces of itself.

The Deconstructor is the default weapon for the Helios Sentinel. Deconstructor is described as "Glaive-esque". The Deconstructor uses melee mods.

This weapon can be sold for Credits64 5,000.

Acquisition

This sentinel weapon is automatically acquired by acquiring Helios. Note that this weapon also takes up one slot in your sentinel slots.

Notes

  • The Deconstructor may only be used by the Helios sentinel.
  • Currently, the ways to increase the damage of the Deconstructor are to increase its overall damage with a Pressure Point (or similar) mod, increase it's base impact damage though the Heavy Trauma mod, or add elemental mods. Mods that increase melee charge damage or charge speed have no effect on this weapon. ("Smite" faction damage mods need to be tested.)
  • The Deconstructor is a glaive type melee weapon and therefore accepts thrown melee weapon exclusive mods.
  • Although listed as having only Impact damage, it has been seen to be able to land Slash procs. (Bug?)
  • It seems to aim for enemy's heads (if humanoid), and consistently scores headshots.

  • The Deconstructor is the first Sentinel melee weapon.
  • The Deconstructor is the first Sentinel weapon to be unique to it's specific Sentinel.

Bugs

  • Does not always accept Pressure Point mod. (Rank 0 seems to work, need to test other ranks.)
    • ​It may still function, and it may actually be a bug in the UI not correctly updating.
