Damage is one of the six secondary elemental damage types, composed of Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. and Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. elements. It deals increased damage against Script error: The function "Faction" does not exist. and Script error: The function "Faction" does not exist. bodies, but reduced damage to most light Script error: The function "Faction" does not exist. foes, with some heavy units being outright immune.

Status Effect

General

The status effect of Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. damage is Virus. It amplifies damage to the health of the afflicted target by 100% for 6 seconds. Subsequent procs add 25% increased damage to health up to 325% in total after 10 stacks, with each proc having their own duration. This effect will work even when the health is protected by armor ("yellow health"). Only the shield is not affected.

For status effects that apply damage over time (e.g. Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist., Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist., Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist., Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist.), the damage dealt by the proc throughout its duration is calculated based on whether or not a Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. proc is active when the DoT tick deals damage.   • New Status Effect entirely: enhanced Damage! First Viral Status Effect deals 100% additional Health damage, subsequent Viral Status add +25% for a total of 325% (capped).
    • Note: Before Viral would halve a target’s health pool and simply refresh the duration. Now it deals 2x Damage to Health, and can scale up to 4.5x Damage on repeat Status Effects.
