Orokin refers to the 
Corrupted, units from other factions that have fallen under control by the Neural Sentry, as well as Warframe Specters. All units, regardless of their former faction, receive increased damage from Puncture and Viral, but resist Radiation.
Orokin Corrupted occupy the Void, Conjunction Survival on Lua, Orokin Vaults within the Orokin Derelicts on Deimos, and Duviri. Warframe Specters are found guarding the Junctions and can be summoned at the Silver Grove.
