Cat's Eye is a mod that allows the Adarza Kavat to temporarily increase the critical chance of nearby allies.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Despite its description, Cat's Eye adds 60 percentage points to a weapon's critical chance after other bonuses.
  • Cat's Eye stacks additively with other percentage point bonuses, such as ArcaneAvenger64x.pngArcane Avenger. For example, an GrineerWhip.pngAtterax with a max rank Mod TT 20px.pngTrue Steel, Mod TT 20px.pngBlood Rush at a 3.0x combo multiplier, Cat's Eye, and Arcane Avenger will have a 25% × (1 + 120% + 3.0×60%) + 60% + 45% = 205% critical chance.
    • Highly effective with weapons with high critical damage multipliers.
  • Emplaced turrets (i.e. the Grineer Rampart) gain the ability to critically strike while under the effect of Cat's Eye.
    • While this also applies to weapons that cannot critically strike, these weapons often have a critical multiplier of 1.0x which yields no change in damage dealt.
  • Multiple instances of Cat's Eye do not stack.
  • The ability triggers when an enemy is within at least 25 meters.
  • The cooldown of 20 seconds starts when Cat's Eye's duration stops.
