Well I don't have a name or stats or anything, but off the top of my head I have some ability ideas:
Passive: Knockdown immunity/resistance, self-damage immunity/resistance, deals Blast proc/knockback to enemies that damage him in melee, or some combination of the above.
1st: Air Burst- Tap to fire an explosive projectile that deals Blast/Impact damage in a radius, hold to ready an artillery shot that lets you target enemies within a certain radius without need for direct line of sight. Warframe will not take self-damage from the explosion, but may ride the blast-wave while aim-gliding to gain additional height and refresh gliding time.
2nd: Proximity Mine- Self-explanatory. Sets down a proximity-sensitive mine that arms in the presence of enemies and detonates when they move out of its detection radius. Mines are not visible to alerted enemies, but unalerted enemies may detect an armed mine before it is too late, forcing enemies within detection range to stay still and enemies outside detection to avoid it until the mine's duration expires. Shooting an armed mine will detonate it immediately. Ability scaling may allow for multiple mines to be set at a time.
3rd: Detonate- Tap to create a radial explosion that damages and knocks down all enemies in a radius. Hold to invest additional energy (and/or health/shields) to increase the blast radius and leave a damaging area-of-effect. If health/shields are to be expended to empower Detonation, Warframe will be granted damage reduction/immunity while charging blast. Not sure if damage type of fallout zone should be Blast, Radiation, Heat, or perhaps be changed by current elements equipped on Exalted Arch-Gun. (see below)
4th: Armageddon Cannon- Warframe unleashes the full fury of its dorsal cannon(s?) as an Exalted Arch-gun. Primary fire unleashes a rapid barrage of short-ranged explosive ordinance that slightly home in on enemies. alternate fire mode fires a single long-ranged high-velocity round with high damage and innate punch-through at the cost of increased ammo consumption and slower fire rate. Cannon may be modded in Arsenal as with other Exalted weapons, unsure whether energy consumption after initial cast should be based on drain-over-time, per shot fired/ammo expenditure, or perhaps per each reload.
