Well about the Fate, there's no actual timeline, so quests where you decide 1 of 3
outcomes for Neewa, doesn't mean tha they could not change, after all The Glast Gambit quest
is just to obtain Nidus' main blueprint.

"Dax faction- technically the Conclave is this,
considering Teshin is implied to be the last of his kind.
The horseback-riding creature from the Duviri Paradox probably doesn't count."]
Conclave, is a PVP faction and besides
Teshin is not the last one. Seriously space is to big of playground,
to have only selected characters in it.
The quest The War Within shows, that the
Elder of the Grineer Queens possesses a Kuva Scepter,
that has control over the Dax solders and thus they
are mentally incapable of refusing their orders.
By the end of the quest, The War Within you acquire a Kuva Scepter.
Thus ending the control of unconditional obedience over the Dax.
So idea, of a Dax faction as Ronin Dax faction could appear, after the War Within.
No Kuva Scepter, no mental control of loyalty = small fleet of Dax capital ships
and railjacks as ever moving fleat, to stay away of Kuva fortress.
The only way you could reach them, would be by a Railjack.
My thoughts for a Kubrow-frame /werewolf passive and abilities:
passive: Combo Duration is higher by + 15 seconds on melee weapons,
on transformed into a "werewolf" + 25 seconds and
also gains 50% Crit Multiplier while Combo Duration is active
1:sacrifice & summon
Summons a kubrowdon after killing 10 enemies in Range of 10 - 16 m radius.
Max spawns per level of 3 - 8 kubrowdons (total enemies killed 30 - 80).
Thus creating a kubrow pack.
2:Radial Howl
Let out ferocious howl that stuns nearby enemies.
If Kubrodon pack is present, also increases its radius by 3 meters per Kubrodon
and causes fear, making them vulnerable.
3:Tactical insight
Similar to Rhinos Roar and Valkyr Warcry, Kubrow-frame
Tactical insight has pack ability that works on fellow warframes as well.
You could even called it a dogpile.
Grants Crit Multiplier and Crit Chance by 20%,
to two or more nearby Warframes and ally's alike (NPCs),
scaling up for each ally added when gang up on a single enemy
(inside 1 enemy's 3 meter radius).
4:Transmutation
By sacrificing 5 kubrodons (similar to Nidus Mutation Stacks)
Kubrow-frame transforms into a "werewolf".
benefits:
When transformed gains increased health, armor and large body type
(similar to the size of the largest Tomb Guardian from the Sands of Inaros Quest).
Gains an increased movement speed,
critical chance, critical multiplier, status chance (enemies are prone to bleeding),
attack speed, Range, Combo Duration,
effective against armored enemies, regeneration over time
(similar to Rejuvenation aura mod).
disadvantages:
Unable to use weapons (in general all tools (gear wheel)),
hack consoles, operate an Archwing, Railjack,
entering or exiting smaller doors.
For a general build in more detail, duration, energy, power,
well it needs to be built and tested until it works properly.

" "dungeon crawl" map for looting ancient treasures "]
The moment i read "dungeon crawl".
Super idea, D&D (dungeons & dragons) in Warframe.
Also there should be missions/quests, witch could be done only in diversity.
That way, different types of warframes are needed,
to do different jobs on a mission based on their abilities and passives, for it to be a success.
