Blackout Pulse is a Plexus Battle Defensive mod. It launches an electromagnetic pulse in a straight line that, upon contact with a surface or pressing the ability button again (default 1 ), creates a field that temporarily disables enemy ships while dealing Electricity damage, then delivers additional pulses based on how many enemies hit. Initial pulse range is increased when manually detonated.
