Cold status effects.

Acquisition[]
- This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of General under Steel Meridian, or the rank of Genius under Cephalon Suda, and spending
25,000 to purchase.
Notes[]
- Effects that rapidly apply 10 Cold stacks include:
- Frost's Freeze's direct hit
- Frost's Snow Globe's activation while within its range
- Frost's Avalanche
- Gauss' Thermal Sunder double cast (Helminth subsumable) or with Redline active
- Voruna's Fangs of Raksh (applies 5 random status effects which may include Cold)
- Itzal's Cosmic Crush with Cold Snap augment
- Enemies are not "frozen" by:
- Critical Chance and Multiplier bonuses are not affected by Ability Strength.
- Critical Chance and Multiplier bonuses are additive to similar mods such as Point Strike and Vital Sense.
- Affects only weapons and abilities treated as weapons such as Breach Surge sparks.
