GetValue calls the p.GetValue function from Module:Weapons

Syntax is
{{GetValue|[WEAPON NAME]|[VALUE]}}
or
{{GetValue|[WEAPON NAME]|[ATTACK NAME]|[VALUE]}}

For example:

{{GetValue|Lex|Reload}} becomes 2.35 s and {{GetValue|Dread|Charge|Slash}} becomes 180.0
