| Description : | Warframe est un jeu en coopération, free-to-play, de type jeu de tir et science fiction, développé par Digital Extremes (DE) qui prend place dans un futur lointain où le Système Solaire est déchiré entre une civilisation hyper militarisée de clones, des marchands avancés technologiquement et tournés vers le profit, et les mutants / zombies infestés. Le joueur joue le rôle d'un "Tenno", a member of a fourth faction with a blurry past and roots in ninja themes, and is guided by an entity called "the Lotus" through missions including timed survival, prisoner rescue, sabotage, and many more. The players is always pitted against enemies in superior numbers. To this end, players have at their disposal a varied arsenal of weapons both archaic and fantastic, and, most notably, a special suit of armor called the Warframe, each of which has a particular set of abilities. Despite being primarily a shooter game, the gameplay has a definite focus on the agility of the Warframes, featuring some parkour elements, and the way each Warframes’ abilities allow for creativity in combat.
This game may be played either alone or with up to three other players, but occasionally players will face off against each other in 1v1 or 2v2 battle. As the game is still in “beta,” it is under constant development and improvement. With an ESRB Rating of Mature (M), it contains gore (which can be diminished in the in-game options), blood, weapon-related violence, requires a constant Internet connection, and online interactions which can contain inappropriate language. |
