What is Warframe?
Yes.
What do you mean by yes? Is it horde shooter, fashion game, RPG, dating sym, sad grimdark sci-fi with sentient guns that may try to eat user at any moment?
Still yes.
Evensong doesnt make enemies do no damage, but that its attacks force Puncture procs with +2 max proc cap of them. On normal enemies it causes that they do no damage, but enemies with status protection or capped max stacks (like this Tank) are not really affected by it. I've used it today for the fight but I dont think it affects Tank in noticable way.
RABVEE + SEEKALLA + EKWANA JAI II should at least in my view work better here, but to be honest I think I would just build Volnus Prime for electric. I'm not counting any stupidly OP things coming in with the Zaw arcanes though so there's that.
What parts are you looking at currently?
I intend on making Amir pregante
For priming two best options, outside of Panzer, would be Hounds and Diriga build with Manifold bond and their electric jumping projectile precepts.
Phenmor, Trumna, Shedu, Astilla, Komorex, any Incarnon weapon too.
Also I do not know where did you find info that supposedly Trumna requires outside buffs, but I would fully stop listening to such worthless source.
Because it's not Dual Swords but Dual Nikanas, unique weapon type, the only compatible stance is Mountain's Edge: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Mountain%27s_Edge
It was sellable for some time, so if you dont have it in your equipment, you need to contact the Warframe Support for manual restoration of this mod to your account.
Most warframes offer some form of team support - either in form of defence, healing, buffs, utility or CC.
As you have mentioned damage buff and increased durability to be required, here's my propositions:
Dante (most OP of picks, very overtuned and will prob stay that way forever, Team wide overguard, status vulnerability, damage buffs, AoE nuke potential),
Citrine (Damage reduction, very strong control and priming),
Wisp (strong buffs, damage multiplying and two sources of on demand self invisibility),
Trinity (high durability, effectively team is immortal if correctly played, energy support, will be minorly reworked next month to be more smooth)
Styanax (CC, armor strip and strong defencive and energy support)
Rhino (Durable tank but lacks defencive support, one of the strongest damage buff in game that is also team wide)
Harrow (Sharpshooter with support, great abuser of shield healing, immunity, damage buffs and energy generation but requires specific playstyle)
Hildryn (Shield tank, armor strip, extremely high durability combined with ability to affect allies with potent shields too, new augment makes her AoE Titania)
Jade (Damage buffing, Ability power buffing or Shield heal based on Aura-like ability, easy to build thanks to two Aura mod slots, healing, damage vulnerability, strong CC with armor strip, 4th makes her AoE Titania)
Protea (Universality queen, shield gating abuser - can affect allies, ammo and orb generation, very high ability damage that can scale almost infinitely, zone control, self death protection)
Octavia (completely destroys enemy AI, team wide damage buffs and invisibility, extremely high damage that scales infinitely, one of the more busted warframes but unpopular due to extreme manual spamminess)
Multiple mod choices, just depend on what melee type. Show your build.
It would be quicker to patch up if you would comment about it on warframe wiki's discord.
You can always undo an edit from 'history' option.
I've fixed the page.
There's a site for easy trade - https://warframe.market
Currently whole set of Gara Prime costs around 60 plat.
Companions were heavily reworked, most still work like they worked, but now all companions resurrect on their own (beasts can be sped up), they're tankier, they have bunch of new mods called Bond mods which heavily modify how they work. Beasts have now a Claws with separate modding, most sentinel guns were reevaluated in stats.
Enemy Armor is now capped at 90% resist, but they're health scales more rapidly after getting to armor cap. Enemy Resistances were also heavily reworked, now they are based on faction - you will see those on each node in game.
Focus schools were heavily reworked, each has a specific niche - Naramon melee support, Zenurik energy support, Unairu death protection and enemy defence strip, Vazarin healing and defence, Madurai damage boosting of amps. Now Operators have two abilities, there's no E ability anymore, but quick teleport with melee swing, Void Slings (teleport) is slower, chargable but much more maneuverable and longer ranged.
We got massive amount of QoL and the most important are: separation of quests into Importance Tiers, you have access to Arsenal through Star Chart, Prime Resurgence took place of Unvaultings which gives us option of direct farming of specific parts, Argon Crystals are auto-marked, many new farms got RNG protection systems.
We have Steel Path void fissures now!
Some reworks, most notable are Grendel, Hydroid, Inaros, Frost, Ember, Caliban, Mirage, Nova and QoL changes to Yareli, Garuda, Hildryn and Sevagoth. In december there will be a mini-rework of Trinity and Nyx.
From Echoes of New War update warframes we got are: Garuda Prime, Gyre, Khora Prime, Styanax, Revenant Prime, Voruna, Baruuk Prime, Citrine, Hildryn Prime, Kullervo, Wisp Prime, Dagath, Grendel Prime, Qorvex, Gauss Prime, Dante, Protea Prime, Jade, Sevagoth Prime, Koumei and in two week Xaku Prime, in december Cyte-09.
Most important updates are - Angels of the Zariman (new tileset, new arcanes, release of Incarnon weapons), Veilbreaker (Narmer expansion, weekly Archon Hunts and Garrison Missions, release of Archon Shard Helminth segment), Lua's Prey (filler update, new modified Survival on Lua), Citrine's Last Wish (filler update, new modified Defence with parkour on Mars), Duviri Paradox (Rogue-like Void Open World, release of Circuit - alternative option of farming warframes and at Steel Path offers access to Incarnon Adapters to older weapons changing them heavily), Whispers in the Walls (new tileset, new faction, melee arcanes, expansion to Archon Shards, two endgame weekly activities - Netracells and Deep Archimedea), Jade Shadows and Koumei and Five fates (smaller scale updates mostly oriented around one new farm and QoLs). Now we wait for 1999 which is confirmed to come with two new factions, new tileset, Infested Liches and probably many new additional things they intentionally hide from us.
Tbh not that many people lurk here, nor many people used Masseter Prime, because its just standard issue Heavy Blade melee.
Any secondary with reliable crit chance. Sporelacer will still be op on her.

This is a build i was using until recent update. Now with Koumei adding Galv mods for melees, I swapped Weeping Wounds for Galvanized Elementalist and Dreamer's Wraith for Condition's Perfection for more reliable slash procs.
Mainline updates:
Duviri Paradox (New Rougelike Open World, Incarnon Adapters to older weapons, Circuit, New Arcanes)
The Seven Crimes of Kullervo (Expansion to Duviri, release of Kullervo)
Echoes of Duviri (Further expansion to Duviri)
Dagath's Abyss (QoL update, first Companion Rework, Hydroid rework, release of Dagath)
Whispers in the Walls (New Post-New War area similar to Zariman, new Faction, Melee system expansion, Melee Arcanes, two new gamemodes - Netracells and Alchemy, release of Qorvex)
Dante Unbound (Expansion to Whispers, release of Dante, QoL changes to Disruption, new Challenge mode - Deep Archimedea, Inaros rework)
Jade Shadows (Short Cinematic quest, new Gamemode, New Arcanes, release of Jade, rework of enemy vulnerability and health scaling)
Koumei and Five Fates (new Gamemode, release of Koumei, Caliban rework)
6 new Prime Warframes - Hildryn, Wisp, Grendel, Gauss, Protea, Sevagoth.
Vaulted Primes - Gara, Nidus, Harrow, Garuda, Khora, Revenant.
Inaros was noticably reworked, Koumei got mixed reviews (she is still building for me). Whatever you choose, you can still level Inaros to get MR points. Don't sell any warframe, feed them to Helminth.
You can melt Ayatans in Maroo's Bazaar, just first slot Stars into all slots.
Sorties (and Archon Hunts too) have good chance of giving you Endo or Ayatan. One Reward per 24h.
There's Maroo's Ayatan Run once per week.
Higher tier Bounties also have high chance to give you Endo.
The best and most reliable source of Endo is still Arbitrations though - a challenge gamemode accessed by doing whole Star Chart.
Ah so its still not fixed then.
Conduits are just names of those 4 platforms you defend against Demolishers. Just defend them successfully. There was a bug where it did not count for clients, but i think its already fixed.
