The main thing to go for is duration, efficiency, although Volt does have a large energy pool, particularly if have Primed Flow equipped. Stack his Shields one behind another to amplify your damage output.
Yeah the games changed so much over the years, 4 revives per day per warframe, Trinitys 99% damage reduction Blessing, Mirages map blinding Prism, Mesas 360° map clearing Peacemakers, stamina and the Tonkor being an absolute beast of a weapon. So many different changes
He's my most played Warframe to this day, because he was my 1st warframe to use, he was considered a pretty mediocre warframe back then, with an ability called Super Jump and his ult being his Radial Javelin, I still wanted to try and take him to the highest levels possible, so I spent alot of time playing him. He can definitely go against high levels with no real issues. It'll be a case of, how much do you enjoy him and do you want to up your mastery rank?, because using other warframes will up your mastery rank exp. Different warframes have different play styles, so you may enjoy some others more. Only by trying others, will be the way to find out if you prefer a different warframe.
She is kind of meh, but I'd recommend trying them all, it's the only way you will find out if you enjoy her.
She is, she's an absolute power house. Very high damaging warframe.
If you enjoy Interceptions or defence missions?, Nyx makes them a breeze. For all the hate she may receive, she is still a very capable Warframe, who I'd have no issues whatsoever using. Titania for me personally.
Raids, not because they were insanely difficult, but if you have had a squad who hadn't run them before, it was highly probable you would fail, particularly the Nightmare LOR or the Jordas Raid, not many players back them had particularly good AW builds.
The reason I mentioned Mag in an earlier post, is because you don't have to detonate the rounds, the OP said he hated having to detonate the rounds
Try using it with Mag.
As a solo player there will be some you could easily solo, spy, rescue don't require any killing, so are simple enough, particularly if you have a stealth warframe, Huras etc. Extermination particularly on the 1st sortie, provided you have a solid build and use cover as and when needed, you should be fine. Missions like Interceptions are much easier with a squad, but good crowd control warframes make them much easier, warframes like Nyx,Nova, Vauban etc are great for Interceptions. Take note of any mission stipulations before starting out and that'll will put you in a better position.
Just take Mag, he'll soon go down.
When I was farming an Imperator Vandal receiver, years ago, I ran out of Nano Spores. I was really surprised at the time.
Any defensive type warframe, Frost, Volt, Limbo etc, Nyx is very easy to solo defences with, Nidus is also an excellent solo warframe.
Primary Sancti Tigris
Secondary Akstiletto Prime
^I don't that's how use Limbo. I just assumed the OP was comparing Snow Globe and Cataclysm.
Frost and Limbo are quite different warframes to use, my personal opinion, you should, if you can, try them all, even if it's just for mastery rank. Because not everyone likes the same warframes. I could list you my favourite warframes and someone could list you something completely different. Only by trying them all can you truly make your own mind up. I can only assume you asked because of Frosts Snowglobe and Limbos Cataclysm but they both work differently. The important thing being for Frost is the four sec invulnerability when cast.
^ Antimatter Drop. Nova is an excellent warframe, good duration for M Prime to spread further, power strength is dependent on whether you want enemies slowed or sped up. Slow can be handy for some boss fights, low power strength is useful if you are wanting quick spawns on defence missions, it works very well on survivals too, quicker spawns gives you a better chance to keep life support up. Her Anti Matter Absorb augment, works very well for putting out high damage numbers. Dependent on your build she can be squishy, so keep your 1 up, and stay mobile, using cover as and needed.
It doesn't matter whether it's Volt or Volt prime, there's not a great deal of difference between regular warframes or their prime variants. Volt is an excellent warframe that scales very well because of the protection he can offer, he can buff damage, shields of allies and himself, increase speed for himself and his squad, crowd control enemies. What's not to like about Volt?
With weapons, look at the base stats of your weapon, which is higher crit or status, generally building around the higher stat is the way to go, if a weapon is capable of good crit and status at base then an hybrid of both may be worthwhile. Please note when modding for shotguns for status, if you can't reach 100% then it may not be worth your while as status is divided by your pellet count. Only 100% will guarantee a status proc on each and pellet fired. An exception would the Arca Plasmor which is calculated like other rifles.
