I have killed and converted over 45 liches to get the ephemeras and 60% on all my weapons. I have traded several to my friends and got them from them as well. You can't get one if you have an active lich but that is the only restriction.

So if I trade a lich with a nukor then the person who gets the lich kills it they get the nukor. Stop arguing and learn from this.

You buy the lich then kill it to get the weapon. Not that hard to figure out
