I checked the patch notes (maybe not thoroughly enough, that I'll admit) and couldn't find anything that would suggest the stropha getting fixed, as a part of the 'cherry picked' additional hotfixes.
Would really sucks if we have to wait for another mainline update for it to get fixed, like the Double Tap mod.
