Anyone willing to help me farm ivara please let me know (and please don't say 'just do circuit/duvri is easy')

Do I need to open the relic or do I get the parts as a mission bonus? If I get it as a mission bonus does it mean I have more bonuses means more chances?

I've been playing this game for almost 5 years, saw some really weird stuff in that time, but this beats it all imo. So I was running a kuva lich controlled territory spy mission on Phobos on my own (literally the one mission type I almost always do solo, especially when I just wanna kill my lich without complaints about how I "didn't let it stick around for more murmurs"), and as it's a Corpus tileset the Grineer in he mission went angry with security cameras and turrets they ran into 2 or 3 times along with raising alarms and everything, which is normal I guess, but what shocked me the most was the fact that inside the 3rd vault I went to grab (by coincidence it was A since all 3 were close to eachother so I just went at them randomly), I suddenly saw those 2 Grineer, a Trooper and a Lancer (or was it Elite Lancer? Not sure), guarded by 2 corpus Shield Ospreys, and what made the whole situation far more bizzare is how all of them seemed to guard what looked like a giant Sentient mass, which idk if was even there before or not, never noticed, and they all seemed to be pretty cool with that. How on earth do you explain that, DE? Especially how those 2 Grineer are ok with the Corpus Ospreys while their friends are shhoting turrets and cameras just outside that room, not to mention being ok with Sentient stuff?! And guarding it???
