I'm only MR-4 and I'm grinding on Phobos defense mission, but I only get 30-some per mission. Help plz.

well , for starters phobos is the only place to get plastids if you havnt unlocked uranus or saturn .
plastids are rare and have a low drop rate ( highest is probably 24 ) farming plastids is just like farming warframe, do a mission where it is said to have lots-o plastids ( most likley survival or defense about 5x )
then youll get around 400-1000 plastids

Most threads i could find about this were locked or outdated.
I just did a run on the Dark Sector Survival on Uranus
We had the following setup:
Nekros, Hydroid, Speed Nova and an EV Trinity.
We got 2.4k plastids in 30 minutes time.

While all the listed locations are good spots for farming Plastids, I was just leveling my Excalibur Prime and went back through some Saturn Missions. I encountered Mimas, a Survival mission. Played it for about 6 minutes, ended with aprox 150 Plastids. Went back for 10 minutes, came out with 331 Plastids. No joke this is the best Plastids farming place I've ever seen. It gets kind of crazy if you frame is like mine, and only 23, but im bringing my Ember back there later. All Infested mobs, and only levels 20-40.
