Pennant

Alright lads and ladies I need some more help because I am a dipshit mid-high tier player who has no idea of what he's doing.

Every once in a while I see someone barrel into the lobby with a crazy strong ass sword. Like.. a sword capable of taking 1/3 to a quarter chunk of hp off of a juggernaut with no difficulty at all.

So.... Someone hit me with a high dmg Pennant build.

however in a more realistic situation

as you can see, it performs quite well

I recently got the Pennant and I realized I dont have the V polarity stance mod for it. I've asked a couple of people and they didnt have it. Where can I get the mod for this weapon?
