Dread vs. Stalker?

<p>Are the stalker's weapon a pickup drop or a "end of the mission" drop??  I have killed the stalker 2 times (neither was my mark) and ran around the area he died, even desecrated his body, but have never gotten a blueprint.  Is this a glitch? Or am I missing something? </p>

What is dreads accuracy?

<p>The explanation about how this works on the Dread page is innacurate, so I'm going to clarify it here since I can't edit there. </p><p><EDIT> </p><p>Dread, as all bows, has an innate punch through on fully chraged shots (I am unaware of the magnitude of this, just that it is lilttle, if someone knows it their answer will be apreciated). Dread's page on this wiki reads "It seems that an arrow that dismembers a foe has a chance to continue, until it hits another surface. (Confirmed, but no solid percentiles (if any) have been noted yet.)" wich is not only innacurate, it also doesn't refer to punch through at all, but instead to impalling, wich is explained bellow. </p><p></EDIT> </p><p>Dread will impale enemies to walls when the arrow that kills them is fully charged, like all projectiles that impale an enemy, it will continue it's path until it hits a surface to wich impale the enemy. Any and all other enemies along the way from the kill shot to the surface the killed enemy will be impaled to will also be hit by the arrow, and will not stop it regardless of their size or wether or not they are also killed by the same arrow. </p><p>It is not quite the same as punch through, as any surface that is not an enemy will stop the arrow, no matter how thin it is, and it doesn't work if the arrow isn't impaling an enemy, wich only happens with fully charged killshots in Dread's case. This effect is independant on wether or not the victim is dismembered by an arrow, allthough it may sometimes seem so because when a fully charged arrow from the Dread dismembers an enemy, only the dismembered part gets impaled, rather than the whole enemy. </p><p>
</p><p>PS: All weapons that can impale enemies to walls (the other bows, Tysis, Boltor, etc) work in the same fashion. It may not be as noticeable on other weapons since only the impaling killing shot does this. </p>

<p>Sometime recently, I got a Dread blueprint.  The thing is, I've never fought or even seen the Stalker.  Is there another creature that might drop it? </p>

<p>Hey. I would like to ask you guys(since I am kinda new to the game) about your opinion if it is worth it to use the catalyst on Dread? I am using mostly this weapon, and since I am at mastery 3(lets hope it will be 4 soon :) ) I don't really know what other weapon I should use. I like this sniping game style, but the fact that at lvl45+ enemies the weapons damage is kinda low, a bit...or atleast compared to other guys who just faceroll over everyone on the map :)). </p><p>(I have mods for +75% dmg, +100% crit dmg, aaand 40% armor piercing) </p>

Dread needs to be buffed
