I just recently got the dread bp from the stalker and I'm unsure weather it is worth crafting or not
Well, I say you use it first. R30 it. It's going to count towards your MR anyways.

If you're newer player, Dread will be increadible bow thanks to its great crit stats. Later it is just ok primary, still worth using. With Incarnon Adapters from SP Circuit, it can be made into great weapon once more.
