There's so few mods for archwing that building for archwing is pretty straightforward. Make it less likely to die, then whichever ability you end up using the most, put mods towards making them better (abilities menu in the arsenal will help you with that). If you feel it's too slow, there's a mod for that, if you feel it has too little energy, there's a mod for that too.
Look up 'Archwing' in the search - it will have an extremely short list of mods that you can click and find out where to collect. There's virtually no choice in how you build an archwing because there's not enough mods to even worry about what choices you make, I just end up letting common sense tell me what to do.
