If I remember correctly you need to install a collect focus points and for 50.000 points you can unlock another focus school

Literally do the thing the other schools in that menu says...

Vazarin is not a mistake, go apologize

Vazarin is probably the most Important one when building up your Operator. But you just use your Focus Points to Unlock the others. It's 50,000 each and go from there. You need Vazarin, cause it focus on your Health and Maduril focus on your Shield and all offer you different Special Abilities. I'm just starting to get the hang of mine and ranking them up. Even I think that was disrespectful to Vaxarin.
