I’m sure that Gara is the best in plain and could do mostly any mission if have the right weapon and mod

Valkyr is best for solo single OBJ plays and assassinations she can never die with a good build and and give MOAs, Kavats, and Kubrows 2k+hp and 1.5k+ armor along with pack leader so they dont die easily in higher tier missions

@nekrosumbra yeah, but platinum does, and it takes forever to find all the pieces of the Warframe and then to actually make it.

... uh no you can get platinum without having to pay a single penny and a lot of frames arent even that hard to farm
