Mutación de munición de pistola is a pistol mod that converts any unused ammo type into Pistol Ammo, or Sniper Ammo in the case of most explosive sidearms. The affected pistol will only convert ammo while equipped, and will not convert any ammo type used by holstered primary weapons until their own ammo is full.
Converted ammo is denoted by a 
symbol. The final amount of ammo restored is rounded to the nearest integer.

Tips
- Highly recommended for ammo-inefficient secondaries such as the Dex Furis or the Azima.
- Functions well with Centinelas's Aspiradora or Kubrow Chesa's Recuperar, which automatically collect unused ammo as needed.
- Scavenger Auras affect the amount of ammo mutated. For example, if Carroñero de escopeta is active, converted Shotgun Ammo will be increased from 15 to 38.
- There is also a Primed version of this mod, which is sometimes brought by Baro Ki'Teer
