Los Arrastrados Nauseabundos son variantes amarillas de los arrastradoa normales. Cualquier jugador que permanezca demasiado tiempo delante de uno será rociado con un líquido amarillo que los mantendrá en su lugar durante unos segundos, aturdiéndolos. Esto ocurre cuando el arrastrado se detiene en un punto y comenzará a hincharse ligeramente y a agitarse, antes de liberar el líquido. Este ataque no lo bloquean las habilidad antiaturdimiento como puede ser la Piel de hierro de Rhino.

- After Actualización 10.0, Arrastrados will now crawl towards players at a very fast pace, almost as fast as the other infested, and the lower half of their bodies have been removed. New animations for the spraying of fluid and attack animations have also been added.
- Nauseous Crawlers are a relatively rare spawn, seen only in small numbers of 3-6 in most missions when spawning by themselves. However, Halieto Mutalíticos can spawn them frequently as carried passengers.
