Fixed now, thanks
A technically correct answer, I guess, but not really what OP was asking.
You can check any Warframe's page for info on where to acquire them. Rev Prime parts currently drop from the Meso H6, Neo A11, Lith R5, Meso H5, Axi D5, and Neo Z10.
Visit each relic's page to see their drop locations. For instance, Meso H6 drops from some Disruptions and Defenses, among other places.
The enemies database is (relatively) new. It's an attempt to move enemy stats off of their pages and into a more centralized location that any page can access. Progress has been slow though. If you're after all enemy stats you'll need to grab them from each enemies' pages.
Hmm, the list seems to be visible only in desktop mode. I'll dig around.

If you're a newbie, Xaku is gonna be a bit out of your level range. They are both Quest locked and their parts drop from high level Bounties.

Can you post a screenshot?
If you're on mobile you can switch to desktop view and make comments that way.
You can optimize your download cache in the launcher window, if that's what you mean. It'll prompt you to do it if it thinks it needs it though, you don't need to manually do it usually.
'To defeat the Ropalolyst, one must become the Ropalolyst' - Teshin probably
Idk why you asked this in the form of a poll, it's not subjective. The answer is no, you cannot trade non-Prime Warframe parts.
For more info on what you can and cannot trade read: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Trading
Would agree with Hyper. Dark Sector missions for now, with the goal of unlocking SO and ESO later on.
For leveling Warframes look towards Helene, Saturn, and eventually Hydron, Sedna as Eternize said.
In both cases you'll want to run with a squad so ally kills will help you level up. See the Affinity page for more info.
The page doesn't say, but Ghoul Rictus is in the Plains. But I would strongly recommend you don't bother farming for it. It's a 0.1% drop from an uncommon enemy you have to actively search for in a large landscape area.
Do yourself a favor and just trade for it. The going price is between 25 and 30 plat for any rank, not bad at all. Don't let yourself get highballed for more than that.
:P
"Kahl is alive! Were they always going to make it past The New War or was it a reaction to the community's love for the character?
Rebecca Ford: That motivated us to prioritize it because we knew playable Kahl really resonated. We knew Veso did not survive the New War quest, but with Kahl we left it ambiguous on purpose because we wanted to make sure that before we committed to a full Kahl update that it did resonate." https://www.vg247.com/warframe-veilbreaker-tennocon-2022-wolf-archon-frame-fighter
In other words, Kahl's fate was left ambiguous to ensure he could return later on if he was popular enough. Veso, on the other hand, never had plans for a come back. That Murex explosion strong enough to completely destroy multiple Corpus Capital class ships, including the one Veso was on, was meant to be his death. Which likely won't ever be retconed. Safe to say Veso is very dead.
Veso is dead...
@Andrewlee1982 here's a more complete image:
According to Pablo:
"Further right = More people use it"
"Higher up = They use it a lot"
For example, that can probably be interpreted as: Over 65k players own Wukong (and/or Prime), and of those players he averages (weighted?) nearly 11% of their use.
Those two dots next to Volt are Excal and Titania. The blue dot that's the second highest up and near the 20k mark is Mag, and supposedly the pink dot next to her is Nezha.
